RECEIVE, INSPECT, STORE

Our staff will accept your product from shipping carriers and then will perform inspection for any damaged product. Once the inspection is done, the product will be stored in the appropriate designated area within our facility. If your product requires climate-controlled environment (perishable, temperature controlled or hazardous material), we will handle those per guideline set forth by supplier/manufacturer. While you’ll be able to access all your orders from online portal, our system will also send periodic notification with order status update.

CONTROL AND PREPARE

In addition to inventory data, you have access to order information, fulfillment status and other tracking information. When an order is received, we quickly move products to the fulfillment stage where requested items will be prepared and shipped. You will always have access to all the data regarding your customer’s order, so you are always in the know of what is happening. Our API will also integrate with your system if you want to keep your customers informed on their order status.

SHIPPING ORDERS

No matter what sort of products you sell, we have a shipping carrier and method that will meet all your needs and fit your budget. You are free to choose any carrier you want based on delivery speed or budget. You have several options to pick from so you will never feel pressured to buy into a carrier’s rate. We also offer international shipping if you have overseas customers and/or vendors/suppliers. We process most orders the same business day as long as they are received by 2:00pm.

If you own your own website or utilize a third-party selling platform, you’ll be pleased to know that you can integrate your existing system to ours using API. Our fulfillment software can coordinate with several online trading and shopping cart platforms. HANDLING RETURNS

Handing returns is a breeze with Alentix. We quickly process returns and analyze the reason for analytics, reporting and decision support system. In addition, the returned merchandise will be added back to your inventory if appropriate and those returns will be reflected in the inventory management system, so you will have an accurate picture of stock levels within your inventory. You’ll also receive notification and periodic reports on returns, so you can determine if further steps are necessary to address any underlying issue with the product, vendor or supply chain.
